Can I return my order or an item of my order?
Yes, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product, color or size, you can return the item and get your money back if the product’s status meets our returns policy requirements.
• The item must be unused and unworn
• Return in original packaging and labels must still be attached
• Return within 14 days of having received your purchase
1. Request your refund in your order via My Account
or: Send us an email which items you are going to return at email@example.com
2. Fill out the return form that was added to your package, and add it to the return package.

Returning all items and don’t want a new size? We will refund your full order amount within 5 workdays after we received your order, including the original shipping costs to you. Shipping your return back to us, is at your own expense.
- Shipping costs back to us are at your own expense*.
- Want to switch for a new item? The shipping cost for your new order is on us, you can use the code ‘RETURNSHIPFREE’ for free shipping,when you order your new item.
*Please note, that we are not responsible for lost packages in the mail. Returning the package to us is at your own expense and risk, we suggest you use an insured way with Track & Trace to ship the item(s) back to us.
